And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but with a lot of pressure we were given access to the washer/dryer. "

"Super grande villa. Nous étions 10 personnes et l’appartement était assez grand. Grande table extérieur pour 10 personnes. Belle piscine. À 10 minutes à pied d’une plage où il y a des petits restaurants et food truck. Il y a une petite pâtisserie à 10 minutes à pied où l’on retrouve des hamburgers, pots, pizza et pâtisseries. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants."

Right in the centre of the old part of town, overlooking the Place de la Victoire, the apartment was on the 3rd floor (note there's no elevator) and is extremely well refurbished.
